A Blooming Good Day Out
Thursday 22nd October 2026
Spring is in the air, and today we’re doing exactly that — springing off to Blooms & Coos for a colourful country day out!
Departing Port Bus at approximately 08:30 (TBC), we commence our pickups along the Coast Road through to Kew before making our way to Blooms & Coos.
Here we’ll enjoy a wonderfully relaxed farm experience, with the chance to pick your own fresh bunch of flowers, spend time amongst the blooms and meet some of the friendly resident “coos”. We’ll also serve Port Bus morning tea from the coach while we enjoy the peaceful country surroundings.
Keeping with the garden and farm theme, our next stop is The Fruit Tree Fella, where there will be time to browse the range of fruit trees and garden goodies on offer. If something catches your eye, don’t worry — we’ll make sure there is plenty of room under the coach for any purchases you decide to bring home!
From here we head to the Kendall Community Op Shop for a little retail therapy and treasure hunting. You never know what hidden gem might be waiting on the shelves, so take your time, have a browse and perhaps pick up a bargain or two.
By now we’ll be ready for a well-earned break, so we continue to the Royal Hotel Kew for lunch and a refreshing beverage. Sit back, relax and enjoy some good country hospitality before we reboard the coach for our final visit of the day.
Our last stop is the Turpentine Tramway display, where we’ll discover a little of the area’s timber and transport history before beginning our journey home. It’s a lovely way to round out a day filled with flowers, farm life, shopping, country hospitality and local history.
Highlights:
Bloom’s & Coo’s, The fruit Tree Fella, Kendall Community Op Shop, Royal Hotel Kew & Turpentine Tramway.
Inclusions:
Return air-conditioned coach transport, H20, Port Bus morning tea, visits, flower picking, feeding the coo’s and lunch.
$ 159 per person | $39 deposit pp
