Aviva is a farmer, musician, dancer and facilitator of Vocal Embodiment Sessions: an offering which invites you to express your voice and connect to your body as tools for healing.
She will be guiding a contact improvisation warm up exploring movement on hands and knees, sharing weight, and getting curious about other bodies as structures to play with. (Wear knee pads if you’d like- we’ll spend most of our time on all fours!)
Aviva will offer sound healing to close up the ecstatic dance journey, serenading you with her powerful voice, heart led melodies, and accompanying ceremonial instruments.
