Karen Brar | Anāya
Karen is the founder of Anāya Sacred Living, a sanctuary for those walking the path of remembrance, healing, and inner awakening. Guided by the quiet power of grace that flows through all life, her work is rooted in the sacred traditions of Yoga Therapy, Āyurveda, Vedic Astrology, and Energy Medicine—offered through a lens that honors both ancient wisdom and the lived realities of modern life.Karen holds space as a guide, teacher, and counselor—meeting each individual where they are, while gently midwifing them toward wholeness. Her approach is intuitive yet grounded, devotional yet practical, weaving together ritual, somatic healing, and soul alignment. Through Anāya, she invites others to return to what has always been within: a life of rhythm, reverence, and radiant belonging.
Kyra (KJ) | The Peace Pursuit
Kyra is a dedicated yoga facilitator and practitioner, founder of The Peace Pursuit, and owner of the Base, Roncesvalles newest space for yoga + community. Just as yoga supports her own mental health and wellbeing, her goal is to support others wherever they are on their own wellness journey by sharing the ancient, transformational practices of yoga to bring more ease, purpose, and compassion into our daily lives. She believes that in the face of change, yoga can be a powerful tool that all people should have access to. Kyra teaches through an accessible, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive lens with plenty of options and opportunities to explore gentle movement, pranayama, mudra and meditation.
