About this Event
In collaboration with the homies at Tatsuro's
We are kicking the year off with the first of a few events in a series called, Brick & Breakfast!
Join us for a full body workout at ÜNDA. The session will be run-centric and lead into the second part of this event, a 5km run.
Pace on the run will be around 5-5:30/km. You can leave all of your belongings at the clinic while we head out.
Following the run, we will have some time to cool down before taking a stroll on over to Tatsuro's for the re-fuel.
We will have the choice of any of the following breakfast meals along with a coffee/tea from their cafe menu:
- Honey butter toast, Nori scramble eggs, mushrooms, hosue salad
- Moffle, bacon, Sunnyside eggs, maple syrup
- Seared chicken thigh, yogurt bowl, house salad
ALSO, included with your ticket will be some exclusive merch, designed by our friend, Sydney Cornett.
Once you sign up, hit us up on IG @undamovement and let us know what your shirt size will be (heads up, fit is slightly oversized).
Schedule:
7am - arrive at ÜNDA
7:15am - workout commences -- warm up, global mobility, activations, power block and strength sets
8:15am - head out for the 5km run
8:45am (ish) - get back to ÜNDA. Cool down + change (if you'd like)
9am - breakfast at Tatsuro's
Background:
This event series is a part of an initiative to deepen our endurance culture at the studio while simultaneously building community and support with and for local businesses here in Leslieville.
The homies at Tatsuro's have been open for less than a year and already feel like staples for all of us at ÜNDA. We are happy and excited to partner with them on this and for more things in the future.
