Noon local time! Join Team Envol, an experienced group of swimrunners, as they assist you in preparing for the ÖTILLÖ Catalina Swimrun. Open to EVERYONE, all skill levels, and no need to be an Envol member. Best of all, attendance is completely FREE!During this interactive clinic, we will cover strategies, gear, transitions, efficient running and swimming techniques. Bring a friend, your questions, and COME IN YOUR GEAR READY TO SWIMRUN. With experienced members of Team Envol at your side, you will walk away feeling more prepared, armed with pro tips that will elevate your swimrun experience.
