Vi samles i Odense d. 4. April for at jonglere og være sammen hele dagen.
Hallen er åben fra klokken 9.00 - 21.00.
Klokken 14.00 vil der desuden være generalforsamling.
Hvis i har punkter til dagsordenen, er i velkomne til at medbringe dem på dagen eller sende dem til [email protected].
Foreløbig dagsorden:
- Valg af ordstyrer
- Valg af referent
- Forpersonens beretning
- Aflæggelse og godkendelse af regnskab
- Godkendelse af budget og fastlæggelse af kontingent
- Behandling af indkomne forslag
- Valg af bestyrelse og suppleanter
- Valg af revisor og revisorsuppleant
- Evt.

We are getting together in Odense on April 4th for a full day of juggling and hanging out together.
The hall will be open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
At 2:00 PM there will also be a general assembly.

- Election of chair of the meeting
- Election of minute taker
- Report from the chairperson
- Presentation and approval of the accounts
- Approval of the budget and determination of membership fee
- Consideration of proposals received
- Election of the board and alternates
- Election of auditor and deputy auditor
- Any other upcoming comments
