What’s Included in This Workshop?
This special practice focuses on releasing the need for control in the body and mind, while adding radiance to your skin:
Yin Yoga:
Through long-held passive postures, we will work deeply into the fascia to release accumulated tension and stress, creating a relaxation that supports the lymphatic system. By activating not only the muscles but also the energy channels (meridians), we will cultivate profound relaxation and release.
(Including forward folds, backbends, twists, and a Savasana flow.)
Face Yoga & Lymphatic Flow:
With face yoga movements incorporating Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) techniques, we will accelerate the elimination of toxins in the face and neck area, reduce puffiness, and enhance the skin’s natural glow.
Face Reflexology:
By stimulating the energy and reflex points on the face, we will activate the body’s meridian lines and support overall internal balance.
