About this Event

We’ll breathe, stretch, strengthen, soften, move the hips, explore slow somatic + sensual movement, dance, play and eventually surrender into Savasana with an immersive sound journey.
You don’t need to know how to dance.You don’t need yoga experience.And you definitely don’t need to be flexible.
Just come ready to move, feel, explore and have fun.

WHAT TO BRING
Wear comfortable clothes you can freely move + dance in and bring a water bottle.
Yoga mats are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in before we begin.
ÁNIMA is open to women + men. Throughout the experience, listen to your body and modify, rest or pause whenever you need.
