What should the lesson be about? That’s up to you. The most standard format would be a general fishing session with suggestions as we go. If you are completely new to it, I can cast and you fish it back. Its really flexible.
Block book more than one session if you want more time. This will also get you the scheduled 15 minute interval between sessions at no extra cost.
Absolute beginners are very welcome - this is a great starting point if you fancy a go at fly fishing but had no idea where to start.
