To ground you and to calm your nervous-system from a long, hard year of life & growth & challenges.
Join us as we wrap you in warm candlelight, soundsape of the soothing harp and chimes for stress and anxiety relief.
We will also offer nourishing aromatherapy throughout the practice, this is an invitation to explore the divine through the sense of smell bringing tranquility into our lives!
