As we awaken from a deep rest of winter, Mary and I invite you to flourish and nourish within!
It's a time to nurture you, and restore you!
Calm your nervous-system as we sprout new intentions from the cellular level. 🌱
Join us as we wrap you in warm candlelight, soundsape of the soothing harp and chimes for stress and anxiety relief.
We will also offer nourishing sweet spring aromatherapy throughout the practice, this is an invitation to explore the divine through the sense of smell bringing fresh energy into our lives!
