~ Journey into Balance - Autumn Equinox ~Giving Shape to the Unconscious through Cacao & Collage
Like the trees releasing their leaves, we too can let go of what no longer serves us—clearing away what feels heavy or stuck so we can step into a deeper sense of balance. On the Autumn Equinox, the day and night are equal, and we will gather to honour this moment of perfect harmony between light and dark.
This special point in the wheel of the year offers a quiet invitation: to pause, to notice, and to bring balance not only to the world around us but also to our inner landscape. As nature moves towards rest while holding the last glow of summer’s warmth, we are reminded that balance is not a static state but a living, breathing dance.
Our ceremony draws inspiration from this natural rhythm, helping you recognise and release what no longer serves, so you can uncover a steadier, more harmonious centre.
