60 min flow yoga by our Holistic Yoga Instructor Julia
This session offers a soothing yoga, that combines movement with a focus on the breath. We will flow through a grounding practice that focuses on conscious movements. The movements will support the body and mind to let go of the day and any tensions. Which will prepare us for laying still during the sound bath and opening up to the waves of the instruments. Every level is welcome.

30 min restful Savasana with live Sound Bath by Natalie Juul
A Sound Bath is an immersion in sounds and vibrations. It puts your parasympathetic nervous system in the clutch, which is ideal for restoring. It allows you to experience a deeper state of relaxation and consciousness.
It’s an experience where you are bathed in sound waves. Tibetan singing bowls, wind chimes, different rattle instruments, shamanic drums, ocean drums, guitars and singing are the instruments used in the sound bath.
All you have to do is lay on your mat and get comfy with blankets and cushions, allowing your eyes to be closed as the sounds fill the room and vibrate through you.
We have yoga mats, blankets and pillows in the room.
Unwind and restore: Join us for this magical blend of flow yoga and sound healing. We’re looking forward to a peaceful Sunday together, hopefully leaving you feeling relaxed and ready for a hygge Sunday evening and good night’s sleep ahead.
