Zumba with Mina – Dance, Sweat & Have Fun!

Kick off your Sundays with an energizing Zumba series led by Mina, a Certified Zumba Instructor! This 5-week program runs on August 31, September 7, 14, 21, and 28 at the Cohon University Center, Activity Room, Second Floor.

Each session is designed to bring people together, burn calories, and most importantly—have fun! Zumba blends high-energy Latin, Colombian, and Persian rhythms that will keep you moving and smiling throughout the class.

No dance background? No problem! Zumba is for everyone, regardless of experience. Just bring your energy, a water bottle, and start your Sundays with music, movement, and joy.
