ZUMBA with MARIA

The class is held at the school hall.Entrance to the venue is through big gate at Clifton Road along parking. There is some parking space avaliable at the premises.

For the class please arrive at least 5minutes prior to start.Do wear comfortable clothes and trainers.And don't forget about your bottle of water plus face towel can be useful as well.

The class format contains a warm up, main dance part and a cool down.It's medium intensity and can be easy adjusted to your fitness level.There will also be a short 1minute breaks in between, usually every 3 songs to allow you catch a breath and stay hydrated. All that to make sure that the Class is safe for you.

Salsa, Merengue,Reggaton, Cumbia,Soca, Bachata are some examples of dance styles we will do in class.

So get ready,pack your staff and don't forget your smile and I shall see you on a dance floor.😉😍🤗💃🕺
