This is Zumba® with an Afro-Caribbean twist. Expect big salsa & reggeaton energy, plus a touch of soca, some dancehall attitude and Afrobeats bounce all wrapped into one feel good workout.

We’ll flow through high energy Zumba® tracks, then switch it up by learning a short, easy Afro-Caribbean routine together. Nothing complicated, just simple steps broken down clearly so you can catch it, own it and add your own sauce.

Each week we'll build on what we learned - so the full course is highly recommended.

No dance experience needed. No pressure. Just good music, good vibes and a room full of people moving together.
