Come try a new Zumba format: Zumba Toning! Our first WEEKLY class is Monday, August 18th at 5:15P (doors open at 5). Cash accepted at door. $10 if you’ve prepaid or $15 for a drop in.
Bring 1-2# hand weights, 2 bottled waters, or a set of Zumba toning sticks and see how you can dance AND tone your body. Each song will focus on a different muscle group, leading to an all over body workout that adds strength into our cardio.
If you like this class you can save your spot in the other 4 Mondays in September by bringing $40 cash to the August 18th or 25th class ($10/class), which will pre register you at the lowest rate for September’s classes. Otherwise it’s $15 cash per class for a drop in.
Classes are just under an hour and will include both Zumba and Zumba Toning. Bring water to drink and a hand towel for sweat. Wear comfortable shoes you can dance in.
