Zumba Toning at Maple Community Centre at Keele North of Rutherford. This class (about 55min) combines the calorie-burning of Zumba dance fitness with 28-35min of strength-training utilizing specific body-sculpting techniques coupled by 1-2.5lb weights (available in the class).

You don't need a gym membership to participate in the classes. Pay-per-class or buy a multi-class fitness pass through RecVaughan. If you do have a RecVaughan membership, you still need to sign-in at the front for the class as space is limited.
