Zumba Tone Class with Rosa!

We are very lucky to have Rosa come teach our Zumba Tone Class. She is the queen of Zumba having taught at multiple venues in the County. This won't be so much dancing as it will be working with weights to zumba music. This class will appeal to all levels. You will need to bring your own hand weights. If you do not have them, then we suggest using a 12 oz plastic water bottle, or cans. Nothing more than 3 lbs. each. Class size will be limited. We prefer no pets at this event. Age limit 15+
