Zumba Step (Thursdays) Zumba Step is a lower-body workout that combines Zumba dance routines with step aerobics and Latin dance rhythms. It's more intense than other Zumba classes, like Zumba Basic, because it incorporates a step board that dancers repeatedly step on. Zumba Step classes can help strengthen and tone your legs and glutes, increase cardio and calorie burning, and define and sculpt your core and legs.
