Zumba in the Park

Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness class led by Erin Richard of Zumba Fitness, built around Latin and international rhythms. Move and shake to the beat while working in cardio, coordination, balance, and full-body movement, no dance experience required. It’s designed to be inclusive and adaptable for every fitness level, with each class offering a chance to build confidence, stay active, and connect with the community.
