Zumba Gold is a low impact super fun dance class for those new to dance, older active adults, people with an injury, neurodiverse individuals or those with disability. I actually prefer Zumba Gold to the regular Zumba as there is more time to enjoy the music when you dance, there is a bit of salsa, meringue, swing, cha cha, cumbia, belly dancing, tango and flamenco!
Increase your strength, endurance, cardio capacity, bone density, flexibility, posture, mood, range of motion, balance, coordination,
brain function and 'live' life feeling young as you age!
Reduce aches and pains, falls risk, progression of osteoporosis,
risk and progression of chronic disease: diabetes, heart disease
Complementary class for anyone new to Zumba.
Buy a 10 class pass, get a free class too!
Stay for coffee or lunch from the coffee cart. Play areas available for the kids, just might need to bring a babysitter!
