This special event brings together easy-to-follow dance routines set to uplifting global rhythms, designed especially for active adults, beginners, and anyone who prefers a lower-impact but feel-good workout. The showcase will feature five fantastic Zumba Gold instructors presenting a variety of routines, each bringing their own style, energy and flair to the floor. It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience the diversity and creativity of Zumba Gold, led by experienced instructors who know how to make fitness fun, accessible and inclusive. Whether you’re a regular participant or completely new, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace, enjoy the music, and soak up the fantastic atmosphere.
