Join us at ZUMBA GOLD every Monday from 13:30-15:00! 💃🏼 🕺 Zumba Gold is a gentle dance exercise to Latin style and popular music aimed at active older adults, or those wanting to get back to exercise.
Classes with Zumba Gold Instructor, Clare, are suitable for people of all abilities, and can be participated standing or seated from a chair.
Zumba Gold is completely focussed around making you feel great, both physically and mentally, and it is also an excellent opportunity to meet likeminded people.
No need to book, come along and get involved for just £5 per session. Complimentary refreshments are served after 45 minutes of Zumba.
