It's cold out there- but we're doing something about it! Join us for a zumba fundraiser supporting the St-James Drop-in Centre.Join us for a Zumba fundraiser for The Coldest Night of the Year, an annual event that takes place across Canada to support over 40 community organizations helping the most vulnerable Canadians!
We will be joined by Amanda Dore, Executive Director of the St-James Drop-in Centre, who will speak about the many programs and services offered to provide support, dignity and resources to homeless Montrealers.
Meet your Zumba instructor!
Aireen Vargas is a dedicated and passionate individual with multifaceted expertise in the realms of kinesiology, fitness, and dance education. She is a registered kinesiologist, a certified personal trainer, and a group F.I.T. fitness instructor teaching a variety of fitness classes such as zumba, zumbini, and yoga to children and adults.
