Zumba

Zumba takes the "work" out of working out by creating a fun, interactive, energetic experience. Zumba combines Caribbean, Latin, and hip-hop dance styles in an easy-to-follow dance fitness class.

Our instructor, Karen Taylor-Young, has over a decade of Zumba teaching experience and has designed a medium-intensity class that is appropriate for all ages, abilities, and bodies!

This class is pay what you wish at the door. We encourage everyone to attend, even if money is tight - all are welcome!
