ZUMBA Dance Fitness with Nyaxfit

Get fit through dance with Ny’a Cunningham of Nyaxfit. ZUMBA is a dance-based fitness program that incorporates Latin-inspired rhythms and movements, providing a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels. It's a great way to improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, and build strength. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
