Zumba Community Class

The wait is over and our Zumba Community Class is back from the 31st of July!!!!
Classes will run every Friday morning at the Main Hall of the North Lakes Community Centre (Level 2, same building as the North Lakes Library)!!!
Open to all fitness levels and dancing abilities, my classes are a 100% judgement free zone. I firmly believe Zumba is all about happiness over perfection; so you dance like no one is watching, at your own pace and intensity, and as part of a beautiful community of music and dance lovers where the best student is the one with the biggest smile!!!
Just bring a towel, a water bottle, comfortable clothes and shoes, and be a part of the workout that feels like a party :)
This class is part of the Healthy and Active Program with the Moreton Bay City Council, and it is free for participants to join.
