This class is part of the Emotional Fitness Studio, a year-round mental health initiative offering free monthly in-person wellness workshops and experiences. Partnering with local wellness providers, we provide tips and tools to help you navigate the twists and turns of life, build resilience, and create meaningful connections.

La instructora de Zumba Diana Bobrow guiara una clase de Zumba de 40 minutos (ejercicio de alto impacto).
Ven lista/o para una experiencia enrriquecedora. Sera una noche para moverte, divertirte, liberar endorfinas, motivarnos mutuamente, y levantar tu espiritu.
**Por favor ven con ropa comoda y zapatos adecuados. Tambien trae tu botella con agua.

Explore how the power of physical movement can have a positive impact on your emotional wellbeing. Zumba involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. Zumba is a great exercise also for the mind.
Zumba instructor Diana Bobrow will guide a 40 minute Zumba class (high-energy workout).
Come ready for an enriching experience! It will be an evening for you to move, have fun, release endorphins, root for each other, and lift your spirits.
** Please wear breathable and cofortable clothing, and supportive shoes (sneakers). Bring your water bottle too!
About the presenter:
Diana Bobrow has been a Zumba Instructor for 12 years. The first time she took a Zumba class she knew she was meant to teach it. Since she was 8 years-old she’s been choreographing dances and getting her friends and people around her to join her in the fun. This is why her only rule in class is to have fun. Her Zumba class can be described as a high-intensity latin-music inspired workout. She likes to add other world genres like soca, belly dancing and pop to the mix.
