Join us for an exciting, high-energy event that combines two amazing fitness programs- Zumba and Pound- to raise funds for the Boys & Girls Club of Sherman Summer Program! Let's move, groove, and make a difference in the lives of kids this summer!What to Expect:
Zumba: dance to your favorite Latin and international tunes in this high energy cardio dance workout.
Pound: an electrifying cardio jam session inspired by drumming. It combines cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, and plyometrics with constant simulated drumming, all set to loud, kick butt music!
All fitness levels welcome! Come for the fun, stay for the cause.
Your participation and support will help fund the extra fun activities during the summer program. The Boys & Girls Club offers kids the opportunity to learn, grow and make lasting memories in a safe, supportive environment.
