Risks may include but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, environmental conditions, animal related incidents, illness, serious injury or even death. Zulu Challenge, it's owners, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors & affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage that may occur before, during or after participation of event. By participating, you understand and accept that you do so entirely at your own risk. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children. Participation constitutes acceptance of this waiver and release of liability.
