Kirtan je společná praxe zpěvu manter, která propojuje dech, hlas a rytmus a přirozeně zklidňuje nervový systém.
Probíhá formou call & response – mantry se jednoduše opakují, takže se může přidat opravdu každý, i bez jakýchkoli pěveckých zkušeností.
Během kirtanu se: – dech přirozeně zpomaluje – tělo se uvolňuje – mysl se postupně ztišuje – vzniká pocit propojení a vnitřního klidu
Praxe je jemná, ale hluboká. Není výkonem – je návratem k sobě.
Mari, která nás večerem provede, je spontánní člověk, kterou vede srdce. Převážně se věnuje jógové praxi, ke které se dostala skrze tanec a tvoří keramiku. Obě tyto činnosti vnímá jako nástroj jak se zklidnit, uvolnit a vnímat sám sebe. Miluje trávit čas s přáteli, tančit, zpívat u ohně a spát pod šířím nebem.
Na společný zpěv naváže posezení u ohně.

MANTRAS SINGING ~ KIRTAN IN THE GARDEN
Kirtan is a communal practice of chanting mantras that integrates breath, voice, and rhythm and naturally calms the nervous system.
It takes the form of call and response—the mantras are simply repeated, so anyone can join in, even without any singing experience.
During kirtan: – the breath naturally slows down – the body relaxes – the mind gradually quiets – a sense of connection and inner peace arises
The practice is gentle yet profound. It is not a performance—it is a return to oneself.
Mari, who will guide us through the evening, is a spontaneous person who follows her heart. She devotes most of her time to her yoga practice—which she discovered through dance—and to creating pottery. She sees both of these activities as tools for calming down, relaxing, and connecting with herself. She loves spending time with friends, dancing, singing by the fire, and sleeping under the open sky.
The programme will be followed by bonfire.
