✨️ Through playful exercises and guided partner work, we’ll dive into body awareness, quality of connection and the freedom to respond to the music in the moment while staying connected. You’ll discover how small shifts in attention can transform the feeling of the dance — turning it from a sequence of moves into a real conversation.
