Embodied Alchemy is a mystical somatic journey where movement becomes medicine and sensation becomes wisdom. Through intentional sequencing, grounding shapes, spiraling twists, deep hip portals, spinal awakenings, and sacred stillness, we allow energy to reorganize from the inside out.
We don’t force transformation.
We soften into it.
Each class is a living prayer of:
Fluid, intuitive movement
Strength that awakens inner fire
Deep, cellular stillness
Space to feel what is ready to rise
Breathwork weaves through the entire practice, regulating the nervous system, clearing stagnant emotion, and expanding your field of awareness. Some journeys include guided meditation, visualization, or subtle energetic layering during longer holds, where insight surfaces organically from within your own inner temple.
This practice is grounding and expansive.
Rooted and cosmic.
Structured yet divinely intuitive.
You will build heat.
You will create space.
You will release old imprints.
You will return to yourself.
