Zoo History Tour

FOR ZOO MEMBERS (ADULTS ONLY): The Little Rock Zoo is proud to continue our celebration of 100 years as your Zoo! The past century has brought a lot of growth in how the Zoo looks and functions, but if you know where to look, you can see a blending of the past, present, and future right here.

Join one of our educators for a FREE "members only” walking tour of the Zoo that will move you through time and space from our humble origins in 1924 to the present day and beyond.

-Meet at the front inside entry plaza at 11:00AM. Please plan to arrive promptly. The tour will begin at 11:05AM.

-Tour offered to adults aged 18 and older only and reservations are required to participate.

-This is a 60 minute guided walking tour.

-Tickets must be reserved the Thursday prior to the tour.

-This is a walking tour. If a motorized chair is required, please plan to arrive early to rent transportation from the Zoo's gift shop.

-This is a rain or shine event.
