Lineup will begin at 7th Ave and 32nd St. Check in for group/organization contact will begin at 4PM with all groups required to be checked in no later than 7PM. The Parade will step off at 8PM or dark.We will meet as a group offsite (LOCATION TBD) and check in PRIOR to decorating the Jeeps (but it is definitely OK to arrive already decorated.)
We will be in line for quite a while so we will have plenty of time for decorating once we’ve secured our spot in the parade lineup.
EACH JEEP WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A SPOTTER/PASSENGER/DUCK-THROWER. We learned last year that it’s definitely needed. This is a huge parade with a huge crowd and there’s no need for taking any chances.
There is a cost to participate - our registration as a “car/truck” group is $125, so the cost per Jeep will be dependent upon how many people attend.
