Zion UCC - Red Cross Blood Drive

Zion United Church of Christ is partnering with the American Red Cross to hold a blood drive on Thursday, October 8, from 12-6 pm. Join us as we serve our community, help save lives, and enrich our neighbors. This one is also our 5th Annual Steve Thomas Memorial Drive. Steve donated gallons of blood throughout his life. He was an inspiration to many in our faith community. We carry on his legacy through this and every blood drive at Zion.
An estimated 38 percent of Americans are eligible to give blood or platelets, but of those, less than 10 percent actually donate each year. If you are healthy and eligible, please come out to donate. Most donations take about an hour, so book your appointment, roll up your sleeve and become a part of the lifesaving mission of the Red Cross and Zion United Church of Christ.
