About our event:
We are a small, inclusive space that welcomes all kinds of performers (musicians, singers, acapella, poets, spoken word, stand up, dance, actors, mimes, improv... we've even had a belly dancer!!...)
... if your performance doesn't involve abusing anybody (and you can fit it in a small space), then we would love to have you. As we said, we are an inclusive space... the mic is for ALL SKILL LEVELS! Veterans welcome and newbies encouraged.

About the host:
Born on a star and southern raised, Kate Bopp is a singer/songwriter based in Raleigh, NC. She has a unique voice and songwriting style, and she believes that everyone has an inner light that shines. Her band Ghost Rattle plays at Zin and other spots around North Carolina.
