Take time for yourself in this gentle and calming afternoon of yoga for bereaved mums and women. Hannah will host a session of yoga nidra, with lovely drinks and snacks, and in the company of those who are also grieving the loss of a baby or child. You are welcome to share and connect with others, or just to take the time to connect with yourself and your own feelings.
