Zentangle is a meditative drawing technique that combines structured patterns and creative expression to foster mindfulness, focus, and relaxation.During this workshop, you will:
- Learn the fundamental principles of Zentangle, including its philosophy and easy-to-follow methods.
- Practice creating beautiful patterns (called "tangles") step-by-step with guided instruction.
- Complete your own Zentangle tiles—small, unique pieces of art to take home.
Explore how Zentangle can be used to reduce stress, spark creativity, and promote mindfulness.
No artistic experience is necessary—all you need is curiosity and a willingness to try something new! All materials will be provided. Join us to unwind, get inspired, and discover the joy of Zentangle!
Cost: $25 for materials per month.
