About this Event
This workshop is proudly part of "Collective Light," a community event organized in Dean Gardens to help neighbors come together and reimagine a safer park.( Collective Light event detail )
Participants are invited to create Zentangle-inspired drawings using naturally made colours and pigments. Inspired by leaves, flowers, trees, and organic patterns found right here in the park, the workshop encourages mindful observation, creativity, and conversation in a relaxed, accessible, and safe setting.
Certified Zentangle tutor Asa will guide participants through simple drawing techniques suitable for all ages and abilities. No previous drawing experience is required.
During the session, natural art practitioner Alice will host a short botanical sharing moments introducing plants found within the park and local community that can be used to create natural dyes and colours.
