Explore your Zensuality through mindful dance, somatic flow, meditation, and ritual. This all-levels, mixed-gender workshop invites you deeper into the body through guided movement explorations, including solo and partner play. Cultivate self-appreciation and connect with others in playful, compassionate community. Come wiggle, giggle, and heal.

We'll be working close to the floor for much of this workshop (bring your kneepads and legwarmers), but the movement expression s ultimately yours. No need to push, force, or do anything that doesn't feel right for you.
