At ZenFest, we celebrate the journey towards personal well-being and collective harmony! Whether you're a beginner, a seasoned yogi or someone seeking to enhance your overall health, our festival offers something for everyone.Join us in this vibrant and welcoming environment as we come together to inspire and uplift one another, fostering a stronger, healthier community for all.
Our mission is to build a supportive and inclusive community where everyone, regardless of their experience level or backround, can explore the benefits of yoga and holistic health practices. We are committed to providing a space where individuals can connect, learn, and grow through a variety of workshops, classes, and activities led by experienced instructors and wellness experts.
ZenFest is presented by the Catawba Valley Festival of Arts and the YMCA of the Catawba Valley with common missions for nuturing health and well being in our community.
The festival will take place on the 17-acre historic Catawba Farms with offerings that include:

♥️ Meditation sessions
♥️ Dance
♥️ Wellness Fair with vendor exhibits
♥️ Food trucks with healthy offerings
