Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and healing at our beautiful local gem - the Garcia Center for the Arts in San Bernardino.

The event will be held from 5 PM to 6:30 PM.

We’ll guide you through a soothing journey that combines Yin Yoga and a powerful Sound Bath, designed to melt away tension and leave you feeling renewed.

Yin Yoga

Andrena will guide you through this gentle practice that encourages deep release and mindfulness. You'll create space in your body and mind through long-held, gentle poses, inviting balance and calm.

Sound Bath

To seal the deal, Marilynn will immerse you in a meditative soundscape as she guides you through a sound bath designed to restore and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Sink into a state of profound relaxation and healing as the harmonious tones of her lovingly curated healing instruments resonate throughout your body - down to the cellular level.

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow or bolster (if you have them) for maximum comfort
• A mug for tea - disposable cups will be available, but bringing your favorite mug can help you take the experience with you while minimizing your carbon footprint.
