Zen + Tails: Free Puppy Yoga & Adoption Event Supporting Soul Dog Rescue
About this Event
Grab your mat because Zen & Tails is back for year three! Join Navigate Realty at Prost Brewing Co in Northglenn for a morning of puppy cuddles, good stretches, and even better company.
Doors open at 9:00 AM. Class kicks off at 9:30 AM sharp and runs for a full hour, led by the always wonderful Gia Lemley of Flow in Fruits. Expect puppies weaving between mats, plenty of laughs, and a workout that's more about fun than perfect form.
After class, stick around for adoption opportunities with Soul Dog Rescue, a Colorado nonprofit dedicated to spaying, neutering, and protecting animals across the state, including underserved communities where low-cost vet care is hard to come by. Their team will be on hand with adoptable pups and info on how to foster, adopt, or support their work.
Yoga participants get snacks and one free beverage from Prost to enjoy after class. Yogis and non-yogis alike are welcome to stop by, say hi to the puppies, grab a pint, and learn more about Soul Dog Rescue and everything happening at Prost Brewing Co in Northglenn.
What to expect:
- 9:00 AM: Doors open
- 9:30 AM: Puppy yoga begins (1 hour)
- 10:30 AM: Adoption event with Soul Dog Rescue
- 11:45 AM: Raffle drawing for prizes!
- Snacks and a free beverage for yoga participants
- All are welcome!

Important Notes
- If you plan to participate in the class, please RSVP as spots are limitied and bring your own yoga mat. A limited number of extra mats will be available, so let us know in advance if you need one.
- Puppy interactions are not guaranteed. Their comfort and wellness come first.
- Puppy play carries risks (light scratches, playful nips, etc.).
- Waiver required for yoga participatoin. Please arrive early to sign before class begins.
