Join us for four weeks of fun and learning as we cultivate mindfulness, self-compassion, creativity, and mental agility in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned improviser, this event is perfect for anyone looking to improve their presence, interpersonal relationships, and/or work and public speaking skills. Let's get ready to laugh, learn, and grow together!
