Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner looking to find community, this online event offers insight and perspective through observational non-judgement of self.

Guided by Paul Lara of QiBelly. Paul trained traditionally in Japan and China and holds authentic lineages with almost 30 years of experience in Zen Meditation, Reiki, QiGong, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu. In this event, you will be introduced to various methods of meditation, including breathwork, grounding exercises, and internal cultivation techniques.

Halfway through, we break with QiGong breathing. Then for the last half of the meditation, everyone is personally given a couple minutes of Reiki. Smooth mind/body refreshment; your Happy Hour. Occasionally, QiGong self-massage instruction is also offered to help stimulate circulation by releasing internal blockages to Qi flow.

Come grab a comfortable cushion, couch or mat; you can sit or lie down and get ready to embark on a journey of relaxation and self-discovery.
