Long Sitting is offered over Zoom and consists of two 30-minute sitting periods on Tuesday evenings and two or four 30-minute sitting periods on Sunday morning, with 10-minute walking meditation in between the sittings. You may join any sitting period during walking meditation. Optional kong-an or consulting interviews are held during Long Sitting.
