Open Gate Zendo: Zen Meditation & Teachings
Every Saturday Open Gate Zendo at 466 E St Chula Vista, CA is a Public Meditation Service from 9:30 am to 11 am. It consists of two 25-minute meditation periods, walking meditation, recitation of a poem, and a Dharma Talk. You can join us via Zoom. Please contact us for the zoom link

You can sit on a mat and cushion or a chair, whichever is more comfortable.

If it is your first time you can show up at 9:00 am for short orientation.
