Join Ahnee for our monthly Restorative Yoga session at the Zen Den in their Salt Cave!Restorative Yoga uses a lot of props! One bolster, two blocks, & two blankets will be provided. Leave feeling relaxed & refreshed or go home & head straight to bed (we won't judge!)!
Yoga mat is optional with the salt flooring.
*4 participants minimum to hold event
